Feature Introduction and Notes
The Related Content Views feature allows content authors to display only Articles and/or Events on a Landing/Basic page that have the same Related Tag term(s) assigned to them. In other words, these Related Tags terms, selected under the "Relationships" Tab on a Landing/Basic page, determine what content (Events and/or Articles) will display via the View Card - Related Content feature.
Below are the rules around and steps to implement the Related Content Views feature on a Colorado.gov website. We consider this version our minimum marketable feature, and expect more enhancements to come in 2023 so please share any feedback with us here.

Releated Content Views Implementation Steps
- Select the Related Tag term(s) under the "Relationships" tab for a Basic or Landing page that you want to relate or associate content to.
- Select the same Related Tag terms(s) for all Events and/or Articles you want to only display on the page.
- Using the Rows and Cards functionality, add a View Card and select either the "Related Articles" or "Related Events" option.
- Select the only associated "Grid" display option.*
- Save the page and verify the correct related content is displaying in the View Card.**
- Articles will display in order of Authored Date.
- Events will display in order of Event Date.
Note: Content authors must select a Featured Image for each Article or Event for optimized display in this new view.
*We're exploring additional display options for the future.
**Other content authors may have assigned content to a Related Tag term previously.
