This is to provide an update on the latest fixes, feature improvements and accessibility updates across the Colorado.gov CMS platform. Please review for any relevant information you may want to share with your CMS teams.
Platform security maintenance:
- Drupal Core Security Update version 9.3.9
Features and fixes completed:
- Add Fourth Option to Recent Articles View - "All Articles"
- Update Default Options for Gender to: Male, Female, Transgender, Prefer Not to Say
- Content managers can always adjust webform select options
- Remove Problematic File Type Options from Webforms
- We recommend limiting to pdf, doc, docx or txt for document files OR jpg or png for image files
- Content managers can always adjust allowed file extensions
- UI/UX - Additional white space on embedded Google Data Studio as a result of making Open Embed iframes responsive--they now have an aspect ratio of 16:9
- Edit the Data Studio report and select Layout and Theme under the File menu. Then, under the Layout tab, the canvas size can be set to Screen (16:9) - Landscape
- UI/UX - Fix Fourth Level Reference Menu Label Active Page Indentations
- UI/UX - Contact Card Not Displaying for Public Users on some sites
- UI/UX - Add "View All" Label/Link for Upcoming Events View
