Release Notes Version 3.2.5

This is to provide an update on the latest fixes, feature improvements and accessibility updates across the Colorado.gov CMS platform. Please review for any relevant information you may want to share with your CMS teams.

Features and fixes completed:

  • Default Media Card Option For Carousel Card - Makes the Media Card the default option when setting up Carousel Cards as 99% of CMS authors store images in the Media Library to use as needed. This is in contrast the not recommended Image Card that only lets CMS authors access images on local machines.
  • Update Styles for Printing Pages - Allows users to choose landscape or portrait if they print a colorado.gov webpage.
  • Combine Support Labels in Global Site Footer - Replaced the three footer links: Accessibility, Privacy Statement, and Security Statement to a single link: Support. This allows Agency sites to include the required site-specific Accessibility link without user confusion.
  • Upcoming Events View Displaying Correct Time - We fixed the Event time displayed on the Upcoming Events dynamic feed view.
  • Restore Publish Checkbox for Jumboslide Content Type - Fixed permissions on those user roles that lost publishing functionality permissions.
  • Replace Authoring Information Right Side Menu Options - Fixed permissions on those user roles that lost Authoring Information editing access to change the authored date on Articles, for example.
  • Fix Links and Icons Contrast for Yellow Background Rows - Links and Icons displaying as black for accessibility contrast on rows assigned with the yellow background color.
  • Update Theme for Upcoming Events View - Style the Upcoming Events dynamic view (via the View Card and the Basic Card view button in the ck editor) to look like the Recent Articles view e.g., date first, then title with link, then description.
