#FFFFFF

This is to provide an update on the latest fixes, feature improvements and accessibility updates across the Colorado.gov CMS platform. Please review for any relevant information you may want to share with your CMS teams.

Platform security maintenance:

  • Drupal Core Security Update version 9.3.16

Features and fixes completed:

  • Clone Existing Rows (New Feature) - Quickly duplicate existing rows--equal column, two uneven columns, etc.--for faster page building ability.
  • Alert Banner Feature Available - As a content admin or content manager, I can create, edit, publish and delete the alert content type so that I can quickly display or hide specific, succinct alert copy and relevant link for online users. Fields for the alert content type include:
    • Title (required text field, doesn’t display and is just a descriptor for webmasters)
    • Alert Summary (limited ckeditor, 110-character limit including spaces, linkit and link feature for internal and external link options)
    • Background color options (light blue or yellow, forced black text)
    • Publish (checkbox, unchecked by default)
  • New Calendar Module and Fixes - The calendar minimum marketable feature was replaced by a newly configured calendar module that improves user experience, accessibility compliance and broadens the content author functionality range. In addition to the /events dynamic 'feed' option, all sites now have a /fullcalendar view option to display for public users.
  • Update Theme for Article Chain View Option - Styling updates for the 'Article Chain' view card option so it aligns better with our ‘Recent Articles’ theme we just improved including:
    • Remove “more” label/link
    • Reduce the article title to the same theme of the Recent Articles title
    • Make the article title link to the article to read more - with link underline like we did on the Recent Articles
